Customer Advisor– Gan Assurances – Saint Quentin en Yvelines Gan Assurances, the largest independent agency network in France, invites you to join its 900 independent agents and 2,500 collaborative agencies. The Saint Quentin en Yvelines agency, located at 14 Bis Place Georges Pompidou, Montigny le Bretonneux,offers a dynamic and visible environment.
Overview In this role, you will be a client adviser and mediator between the insurance company and your clients. You will autonomously manage personal claim situations (auto, habitation, health). You will contribute to the growth of the client portfolio and to the daily life of the agency.
Responsibilities
Client reception: in agency, by phone, by email; advise and provide global solutions.
Management of collective life contracts: affiliations, cancellations, administrative follow-up.
Management of private claim dossiers: opening dossiers, assigning experts, collecting and following administrative documents, relaunch actions, triggering payment of indemnities.
Advice and accompaniment of clients throughout their claim, ensuring satisfaction.
Ensure exchanges between agency, company and clients in respect of procedures and treatment deadlines.
Contribution to portfolio development: quotation, issuance of insurance contracts, collection of documents, follow-up of new contract signatures, commercial rebounds and additional sales.
Active participation in agency life: exchange with company, team meetings, administrative subjects.
Qualifications
Bac+2 level BTS Assurance or equivalent.
Minimally one experience in claims management (auto, damage, corporates) or familiarity with the insurance sector.
Analytical mindset, investigation skills, detail oriented.
Organized, autonomous, with deep rigor in work.
Excellent relational qualities, ethical resolution, pedagogy, diplomacy, empathy.
Benefits
Annual gross salary: 28 000–32 000 € + bonuses.
Full time (100%) or part time (80%).
Other fixed‑salary benefits: parking card, variable, 50 % transport card coverage, 100 % health insurance coverage.
Remote and on‑premises training on Gan Assurances products and processes.
