Expert de haut niveau, Secrétaire général de la Conférence des Parties (COP) de la région Occitanie Public sector position in the Haute‑Garonne prefecture, Occitanie region. Category A+ (superior management). Role open to civil servants and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead the regional ecological planning process on behalf of the State, coordinating the COP.

Provide secretariat to the COP.

Facilitate, accelerate, and coordinate the commitment of territorial authorities to the COP, collaborating with departmental prefects.

Participate in the design, organization, and deployment of support for territorial authorities, coordinating stakeholders within the State and local entities.

Ensure integration of all ecological transition dimensions (water plan, school renovation, renewable energy acceleration, agricultural transition, etc.) in an inter‑ministerial manner.

Manage interfaces with the Directorate of Environment, Housing and Planning (DREAL), the Ministry’s Environmental Cabinet, SGPE, CGDD, and other ministries as needed.

Location Occitanie, France– Toulouse, Haute‑Garonne (31)

Compensation Three‑year tenure with an annual gross salary comprising a statutory part based on the State administrators grid and an allowance component.
