Senior QIS Quant (VP) - Equity Derivatives | Paris We are working with a leading European investment bank looking to hire a Senior Quantitative Analyst (VP) within their Equity QIS (Quantitative Investment Strategies) team. You will play a key role in building and scaling a next-generation QIS platform, focused on the design, backtesting and launch of proprietary indices, working closely with trading, structuring, IT and risk. This is a high-impact role with strong room for growth and progression.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop systematic equity strategies (QIS) Build and enhance index backtesting frameworks Support launch of new proprietary indices Partner with trading and structuring teams on pricing and product development Drive innovation and industrialisation of quant toolsRequirements: 6-10 years' experience in Front Office Quant / QIS Strong background in systematic strategies and index construction Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
