For nearly 25 years, we have been advising private and institutional investors on acquisition, disposal and value-creation strategies across France.As part of the growth of our Investment Division, we are looking for consultants able to bring an analytical, strategic and performance-driven approach. Responsibilities

Advise private and institutional investors (family offices, REITs, insurance companies, investment funds) on real estate investment strategies. Source investment opportunities: occupied or vacant retail units, portfolios and off-market deals. Analyze assets: rents, leases, yields, tenant risk and value-creation potential.Structure and present investment cases (investment memos, business plans, arbitrage strategies). Lead negotiations and support transactions through to completion. Build and maintain a strong network of investors and partners (notaries, advisors, banks). Working environment
