Talent Organization Development (70%)

Support the People Reviews and other Talent Committees preparation and follow-up (Data analytics, preparatory meetings with managers, etc.) Participate in global Seating talent development initiatives (VIE talent pool follow-up, high potential sponsoring, etc.) Support Seating global training plan design with Divisions.Support the coordination and the follow-up of the Yearly Performance Review.

HR Project Coordination (30%)

Support Organizational transformation and Talent Organization Development. Participate in the implementation, coordination and communication of projects across the Business Group and the follow up with our Divisions. Be involved in ad hoc projects/missions.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Master’s degree student in Business / Human Resources field. Excellent communication, organization and planning skills. Analytical, rigorous and detail‑oriented. Team spirit and international mindset. Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English (working language).What we can do for you
