Responsibilities

Assure the safety of the team and enforce quality, hygiene, safety and environmental rules.

Organize and plan curative and preventive maintenance works, and perform operational tasks as needed.

Manage the daily and weekly schedule of technicians.

Guide the team: animate meetings, support technicians, track time and planning, conduct annual reviews.

Drive interventions, including scheduled stops on weekends or holidays.

Track planned works, including those carried out by external contractors.

Guarantee correct use of the GMAO and traceability of interventions.

Participate in site animation rituals: top workshops, field tours, weekly meetings.

Ensure the handover of consignes between team leaders.

Qualifications

Confirmed experience as a maintenance technician and in team management.

Rigor, organization, team spirit, communication, reactivity, priority management.

Comfort with IT tools and GMAO.

Mastery of planning, activity pilot, and decision making.

Être à l'aise avec l'outil informatique et la GMAO.

Maîtrise de la planification, du pilotage d'activités, et de la prise de décision.
