Mission: Elevate Dashdoc’s operational excellence as we scale.
Drive Dashdoc toward operational excellence by enabling our internal teams to automate every task that can be streamlined through automations and AI agents.
Responsibilities:
Sales Team Support the sales team with automations and agents to streamline and strengthen prospecting and sales workflows throughout the entire customer journey. Key Indicator: Bookings per sales rep
Marketing Team Facilitate and automate marketing actions, recurring tasks, content internationalization, and growth initiatives. Expand our brand’s reach, boost conversion rates, and empower the team with greater autonomy. Key Indicator: Monthly signups
Customer Success Team Help the CS team automate as many tasks as possible across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to retention. Guide invited users toward the “Aha moment” to increase conversion into active customers. Key Indicator: Time to deploy customers
Internal Operations Integrate and maintain key systems such as HubSpot, Intercom, Chargebee, and internal back-office tools. Ensure accurate data mapping across platforms to optimize our go-to-market efficiency.
Technical Proficiency
Solid experience as a full‑stack engineer. Our stack includes Python (Django) on the backend and TypeScript (React) on the frontend.
Builder Mindset: Passion for building, shipping, and automating products that solve real problems.
Automation&Maker Mindset: Strong interest in emerging technologies, AI, and process automation.
Integration Experience: Ability to integrate and synchronize a variety of tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, and internal back‑office systems.
Outcome‑First Approach: Focused on driving measurable business impact through your work.
English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Autonomy: Comfortable working independently and proactively taking initiative.
Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
Communication: Capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non‑technical teams.
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
