Offshore Installation Project Engineer, Neuilly-sur-Seine

Offshore Installation Project Engineer We are looking for an Offshore Installation Project Engineer to work on international offshore infrastructure installation projects.

Responsibilities

Managing offshore installation activities related to equipment and pipelines

Supervising piping operations, including well flowline connections

Preparing and monitoring pipeline installation operations, including Zaplock technology

Coordinating offshore lifting operations for equipment installation

Internalising project execution and ensuring technical follow-up with local teams

Supporting the upskilling of on‑site teams

Acting as the interface between project, construction, and offshore teams

Ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and schedule requirements

Profile

Education:

Engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level / Bac +5)

Experience:

Minimum 8 to 10 years in offshore Oil&Gas projects, with strong installation experience

Required Skills:

Proven experience in offshore installation and pipelines

Strong knowledge of piping and flowline/well connections

Experience with pipeline installation using Zaplock technology

Experience in offshore lifting and heavy equipment installation

Ability to work in an international environment

Professional level of English required

Autonomy and strong sense of responsibility

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural teams

Technical leadership and ability to support local teams

Strong adaptability to site and offshore environments

Job Constraints

Offshore rotation (5 weeks)

Long-term international assignment
