Assistant Retail Store Planning&Process Within the International Store Design&Architecture team, the assistant Retail Store planning&Process is responsible for ensuring the development of retail and wholesale openings and renovations worldwide is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with established procedures. The role acts as the orchestrator and link between Regional teams and Headquarters, overseeing project development, prioritisation, escalation of issues, and continuous improvement proposals.

Responsibilities

Support the planning schedule of ongoing development projects, raise alerts and prioritise projects ahead of validation reviews with senior management.

Assist in the management and transversal coordination of central teams responsible for development (Architecture, Procurement, Deployment): share visibility, prioritise projects, support on blockers, etc.

Contribute to and coordinate teams for maintaining our global database (Anaplan).

Prepare strategic validation instances for senior management (Project Committee, Regional Store Committee, Store Committee, etc.).

Prepare regular reports on the status of our development, initiating new reports to enhance development visibility.

Support the continuous improvement of our development processes in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Recognise that responsibilities may evolve with business needs and ongoing projects.

Technical Competencies

Student in a Business School or University, ideally with first project management experience in Luxury or a highly project‑dense sector.

Comfortable with written and oral communication in French and English.

Excellent mastery of the Office suite (Excel / PowerPoint).

Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, attention to detail and organisation.

Good interpersonal relations, team spirit, initiative, curiosity and open‑mindedness.

Sensitivity to analysis and to proposing recommendations.
