Summer Student– Sales&Events

Broadhead Brewery is searching for part time help with inside sales and events during our busy summer season. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Summer Student– Sales&Events is responsible for supporting the sales team with inside sales calls and working the booth during events. This key player must have a passion for craft beer and be extremely organized with strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently. You have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, an excellent personality, and a winning attitude. A flexible schedule, (including nights, weekends and holidays) is essential as is the ability to stand for 8 hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs. There will also be some occasional work supporting the brew team, as tasks pop up.RESPONSIBILITIES

inside sales calls to LCBO and grocery stores a thorough understanding of our beer portfolio pouring/selling beer at festivals, events and markets occasional delivery support event gear maintenance including cleaning and storage occasional production team support including washing kegs and labeling canspassionately repping our beer and our brand adherence to company policies and alcohol service regulations (ACGO / Smart Serve/ Covid‑19 Safety Procedures) SKILLS&EXPERIENCE

passion for craft beer with focus on supporting local, and customer service. previous experience in the service industry or sales/events experience effective communication skills (both written and verbal); bilingualism (English&French) considered an asset. strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards. ability to work independently while maintaining a team first approach. a proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations. computer proficiency and aptitude with Email, Word, Excel, CRM softwareability to learn and adapt to new software programs such as Dig This Data smart serve certification Pay: $18.00 per hour BENEFITS
