Southeast Asian Software Engineer Responsibilities

Arrive on-site promptly outside working hours in accordance with IT operations incident management guidelines.

Update and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy, regularly check platform alarm settings, and monitor system availability and stability.

Be familiar with the IDC environment and monitoring systems, and conduct facility inspections as per Alibaba’s requirements, including but not limited to facility status checks, maintenance/repair MOP review, and follow‑up.

Respond quickly and arrive on‑site according to IT operations incident management guidelines, handling incidents promptly following EOP (Emergency Operation Procedure) and reporting them accordingly.

Have a strong understanding of IDC infrastructure, including power supply, HVAC, and low‑voltage electrical systems, and be able to quickly locate faults and restore services in case of an incident.

Be knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring, capacity management, security management, and availability management to improve operational efficiency.

Independently create and implement change MOPs, ensuring no incidents occur due to operational changes.

Complete other tasks as outlined in the Service Contract, Outsourcing Requirement Specification, and related attachments.
