Education

Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (required). Advanced degree or project management certification (PMP, PMI or equivalent) is a distinct advantage. Experience&Expertise

20+ years of progressive experience in project management and engineering in an international environment, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex capital projects in industrial sectors (mining, metals, chemicals, energy or heavy industry strongly preferred). Demonstrated experience engaging with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.In-depth expertise across the key disciplines of the full project lifecycle: from early-stage studies, engineering and FID through to execution, controls, commissioning and ramp-up and completion. Strong knowledge of project governance, capital allocation, risk management and portfolio management principles.Hands‑on experience working with EPC and EPCM contractors from conceptual phase through to execution and completion. Strategic thinker with a strong operational delivery mindset. Inspiring leader, able to build, develop and mobilize project management talent and capabilities at Group scale. Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness capable of influencing and engaging teams across our operations.Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels, providing independent challenge and guidance to project teams and senior stakeholders. Coaching and mentoring approach to help individuals and teams continuously raise their game. High standards of integrity and transparency in reporting and decision‑making.Fluent in English (mandatory); working proficiency in French is highly desirable; Spanish is a plus.
