Composed of specialized experts in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Business Partnering and Compliance, the team operates as a bridge between human potential and business excellence. The Position
As Senior HRBP Tech&Product, you will be the dedicated strategic partner for our Tech and Product organizations (250+ talents). You will act as the primary point of contact for our Tech and Product leadership teams, ensuring that our people strategy perfectly supports our technical roadmap and product innovation. Your Mission
To foster a high-performing engineering and product culture, blending strategic organisational design with operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities
Partner with the CTO and CPO on workforce planning to identify key competencies required to scale Tech&Product teams. Act as the strategic link with the Talent Acquisition team, providing technical context and business insights to attract top‑tier talent. Oversee and optimize the onboarding journey for new developers and product managers. Identify training needs for technical and product roles, implementing development plans to keep teams at the forefront of industry standards (Cloud, Product Management).Drive internal growth and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Lead the performance cycle (bi‑annual reviews) and implement Performance Optimization Plans when necessary. Facilitate internal mobility and career pathing to align individual aspirations with product evolution.Coach Tech&Product leads to enhance managerial posture and leadership skills. Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and drive data‑led retention initiatives. Propose and lead Quality of Life at Work projects to maintain high engagement in a competitive talent market. Qualifications
7–10 years of HR leadership experience in Tech&Product ecosystems (Feature Teams, SaaS). Proven experience in Tech scale‑ups. Deep business acumen: ability to translate product lifecycle and technical roadmaps into actionable people strategies. Leadership and influence: natural coach capable of advising senior stakeholders and fostering a culture of feedback.English fluency is mandatory. Benefits
