Senior HR Business Partner (GTM Teams - EMEA) (F/M), Paris

Team As an HRBP, you will be the strategic partner for our GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS) teams in the EMEA region. You will join a global HR team dedicated to creating a "one-company" feel across Europe, the US, and APAC. Your mission is to align people strategy with our business ambitions to ensure high performance and long-term retention.

Missions

Strategic HR Partnership&Leadership Support: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders (VPs and Directors) in EMEA to ensure leadership behaviors align with our global cultural ambitions. Collaborate on Organization Design to support rapid scaling and post-merger integration. Drive the Culture Compass within your scope, ensuring values are lived and teams are moving in the right direction.

Retention&Employee Experience: Design and execute a "Stay Strategy" to reduce turnover and increase engagement. Manage the Employee Lifecycle from world‑class onboarding to impactful offboarding. Use Employee Voice (engagement surveys) to diagnose "leaks" and build concrete action plans.

Talent&Performance Management: Lead performance cycles, talent density mapping, and succession planning. Coach managers on radical candor, feedback, and individual development plans. Implement DEIB programs to foster an inclusive workplace.

Internal Communication&Change Management: Design high‑impact communication strategies to ensure transparency during organizational shifts. Act as a bridge between HQ and regional offices to ensure a consistent "One-Team" mission.

Skills

Experience: 6+ years of experience in HRBP roles, ideally within a fast‑paced SaaS or Tech environment.

Business Acumen: You understand the specific challenges of GTM (quotas, territories).

Change Management: Comfortable operating in a changing, post‑merger environment.

Communication: You know how to "say what you mean and do what you say."

Global Mindset: Experience working with international teams (EMEA focus) and an ability to adapt global policies to local cultural nuances.

Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Mindset: Product‑oriented, curious about AI's impact on HR, and bold enough to challenge the status quo.

What success looks like Retention: You have successfully stabilized and grown your assigned teams with a clear reduction in regrettable turnover.

Manager Maturity: Your leaders are autonomous, coaching‑oriented, and effectively using HR tools (Culture Compass).
