Senior Product Manager, SMB E-commerce, Paris

We’re looking for a

Senior Product Manager

to own the self‑serve product experience for our SMB customers, specifically brands selling on Shopify. The role will shape a new product segment, build and execute the roadmap, and own the slice of ARR that comes with it. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and AI researchers to decide whatgets built, why, and how it ships.

Compensation

UK:£85k‑£110k per annum

Europe:€80k‑€105k per annum

Location Remote across Europe with monthly office visits to Paris (fully reimbursed).

About The Role

Own the full lifecycle of the self‑serve product: strategy, roadmap, and execution.

Define problems before solutions by refining user problems and partnering with design and engineering to ship effortless features.

Convert AI capabilities into products that generate usage and revenue.

Maintain close user engagement—talk to e‑commerce sellers weekly and incorporate feedback into roadmap decisions.

Use data to drive decisions—you will pull, interpret, form hypotheses, measure impact, and decide next steps.

About You

5+ years as a PM, with multiple launches you can defend in detail, describing user problem, ownership, and measured outcomes.

Experience building B2B SaaS for self‑serve customers, understanding growth, retention, and pricing dynamics.

Daily use of AI tools such as Claude or equivalents for prototyping, testing with users, or automating repetitive tasks.

Demonstrable product taste—you can showcase specific work with details and explain decisions, including what you would change now.

Skill at turning ambiguity into clarity—structure fuzzy problems, decide what matters, and move forward without waiting for direction.

Data fluency—pull, interpret, and challenge data; use it to craft a viewpoint rather than confirm one.

Thrives in small teams with high autonomy—ship without being managed and operate in a fully remote, async‑first environment.

Nice to Have Experience building creative tools where visual quality matters; an understanding of photography or videography; entrepreneurial experience (starting, building, or running a venture).
