Product Marketing Manager, Paris

Requirements

If you are a Product Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience, the following may interest you! , You hold a BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field , You have a solid understanding of software development, digital products, or SaaS solutions , You are familiar with the dental and/or orthodontic industry, You have experience working in an international, matrixed scale-up environment , You are adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning , You are fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level) , (Desirable) Experience in the orthodontics, dental or medical technology field What the job involves

Primary Mission:Lead the strategy, vision, and commercial success of a product range, working closely with international R&D, technical, and sales teams , Define and champion product vision, strategy, and lifecycle , Collect and analyze market insights: customer feedback, user research, competitive analysis, performance data, and pricing , Build business cases and contribute to product strategy alongside leadership, Prioritize product development in partnership with Product Managers and R&D teams , Clearly communicate product vision to internal teams and stakeholders , Translate business needs and priorities into actionable requirements for technical teams , Contribute to ideation and validation of product-market fit , Collaborate with global and regional marketing and sales teams to drive product success, Create product materials and train sales teams on new features and launches , Build and execute launch plans and go-to-market strategies , Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all markets , Identify growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies , Measure product adoption and the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, Work closely with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and fuel innovation
