Four Seasons Hotel George V– Paris invites applications for an Apprentice (Un) HR – Training&Development, Culture&Talent (H/F). The role supports the Regional Training&Development Manager in delivering the hotel’s Learning&Development strategy. Key Responsibilities

Assist in deploying the group’s training policy with staff. Organise and logistically coordinate internal and external training sessions. Maintain training schedules and manage associated administration. Help develop the annual training plan and track the budget. Coordinate with training providers and monitor administrative files.Update HR tracking tools, databases and dashboards. Support the onboarding of new employees and facilitate certain training modules. Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects and internal communication initiatives. Track HR indicators and suggest continuous improvement actions. Provide ad‑hoc support to other HR areas as needed.Qualifications

Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Human Resources, Hospitality or Management. Strong interest in training and talent development. Excellent organisational skills, rigour and discretion. Effective interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation. Dynamic, versatile and adaptable to a demanding hospitality environment.Fluent in French and English. Proficient with office tools.
