Position Overview
HR Business Partner– 6‑month fixed‑term contract (4 days/week) to cover maternity leave starting late June 2026 and ending December 2026. The role supports the Sales, Client Service, and Marketing&Communication teams and acts as a trusted partner for managers and employees across the scope. Responsibilities
Support managers on day‑to‑day people topics and organisational challenges Advise on employee relations, performance management and development matters Partner with leaders to support team engagement and organisational effectiveness Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition teamContribute to onboarding and employee integration Support performance review cycles and follow‑up actions Ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle Contribute to transversal HR initiatives and people projects Work closely with the broader People Team to ensure consistency of practices and employee experienceQualifications
5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in an international and fast‑paced environment Previous experience in a scale‑up, SaaS, hospitality, digital or similar ecosystem Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to balance operational execution with business partneringComfortable working with managers and navigating evolving environments Fluent English is required for our international environment Benefits
