Senior HRBP Tech&Product As the strategic partner for our Tech and Product organisations (250+ talents), you will be the primary point of contact for the leadership teams, ensuring our people strategy supports the technical roadmap and product innovation. Responsibilities

Talent Strategy&Onboarding

Partner with the CTO and CPO on workforce planning to identify the key competencies required to scale our Tech&Product teams. Act as the strategic link with the Talent Acquisition team, providing technical context and business insights to attract top‑tier talent. Oversee and optimise the onboarding journey to integrate new developers and product managers into our culture.

Skills Management&Development

Identify specific training needs for technical and product roles and implement development plans that keep teams at the forefront of industry standards (Cloud, Product Management). Drive internal growth and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Performance Management&Tech Coaching

Lead the performance cycle (bi‑annual reviews) and implement Performance Optimization Plans when necessary. Facilitate internal mobility and career pathing to align individual aspirations with product evolution. Coaching Tech&Product leads to enhance managerial posture and leadership skills.

Offboarding&Retention

Conduct exit interviews to identify trends within the Tech&Product populations. Drive data‑led retention initiatives and lead Quality of Life projects to maintain high engagement.

Qualifications

7‑10 years of HR leadership experience with deep understanding of Tech and Product ecosystems (Feature Teams, SaaS). Proven experience in Tech scale‑ups. Business acumen to translate product roadmaps into people strategies. Leadership and influence to coach Senior stakeholders and foster a culture of feedback.Fluency in English. Benefits
