Finance Controller Analyst (H/F), Rueil-Malmaison

Role Finance Controller Analyst, Directly reporting to the Finance Department of The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC).

Responsibilities

Contribute to financial closings in coordination with the Shared Service Center.

Guarantee the quality, reliability and compliance of accounting transactions and financial reporting.

Ensure accounting entries are consistent with Group standards and rules.

Operate within a SOX environment: review operational processes, maintain the risk&control matrix and support audit follow‑ups.

Support transformation projects, notably the electronic invoicing project: perform test simulations, co‑construct test phases and assist deployment.

Assist business teams in implementing and complying with Procure‑to‑Pay processes, providing support and expertise.

Maintain daily cash‑flow monitoring.

Drive client receivables and supplier payables to maintain financial balance.

Centralize and coordinate banking requests, update banking authorizations and manage operational relationships with banks.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written (daily interactions with the Shared Services Center).

Excellent Excel skills and ability to perform advanced financial and analytical reviews.

Adaptability, strong organization and resilience.

Experience in a SOX environment.

Good knowledge of SAP.

Solid accounting background, including:

Processing daily accounting entries.

Reviewing, analysing and validating entries and accounts.

Operating in IFRS and French GAAP environments.
