Job Summary

The Finance Manager reports to the Plant Controller and works on a dotted line basis with the Regional Controller. The role involves managing a local accounting team and collaborating closely with shared services and other business functions (Finance&Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Treasury, Tax, HR, etc.). The position operates in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities

Manage and develop the local accounting team. Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure data accuracy and provide guidance and process improvements. Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting. Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.Lead month‑end/year‑end processes, including preparing journals and validating accounts. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in local and US GAAP. Ensure compliance with Local and US GAAP accounting standards, internal control policies, and procedures at national, regional, and global levels.Prepare and manage accurate and timely tax (VAT, customs, and social) filings. Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and project support as assigned. Qualifications

Master’s degree in accounting or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role. Advanced knowledge of French accounting and tax legislation. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Experience in an industrial or international environment is a plus.Knowledge of SAP is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English (mandatory). Ability to explain financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, open mindset, and innovative problem‑solving.Adaptability to evolving business needs, ambiguity, and fast‑paced environments. Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
