Senior Infor M3 Support Consultant, Saint-Herblain

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior Infor M3 Support Consultant. You will work on a variety of assignments for multiple clients across diverse environments (M3 versions, business contexts, and related tools), with a high level of autonomy.

This role requires both creativity and rigor. You are expected to be proactive in proposing solutions to a wide range of challenges. We are looking for a candidate who is curious, proactive, and versatile, with a hands‑on, all‑round approach.

Fully remote position. You are also welcome to work from the office if you are based in Nantes.

Level 2 and 3 user support on Infor M3

Conduct training sessions

Support our clients on a daily basis

Necessary skills

Proven experience in Infor M3 Support

Strong practice of level 2 / 3 user support

Skills in multiple M3 modules

Engaged and autonomous

Easy client contact

Pleasant to have

Experience in a Cloud environment

Familiarity with multiple versions of M3

Knowledge of satellite tools related to M3

Professional English
