Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Middle Product Designer in France.
This role offers the opportunity to shape engaging and user-centered digital experiences within fast-growing international B2B and iGaming products. You will work on complex web and mobile interfaces, contributing directly to product performance, usability, and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, analysts, and cross‑functional teams, you will transform business goals and user insights into intuitive, scalable design solutions. The position combines hands‑on product design execution with UX research, hypothesis validation, and continuous product optimization. You will join a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment focused on creativity, experimentation, and professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive designer who enjoys solving complex UX challenges while working in a modern, remote‑first product organization.
Accountabilities
Design and optimize web and mobile product interfaces based on user needs, business goals, and performance metrics
Work on key product flows such as onboarding, authentication, user profiles, navigation, gamification, and search experiences
Conduct UX analysis, identify usability issues, and develop data‑driven design hypotheses
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts, and interface specifications for development teams
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA, analysts, copywriters, and support teams
Contribute to and maintain consistency within the design system and UI standards
Participate in UX research, post‑launch analysis, competitive benchmarking, and user behavior evaluation
Present and justify design decisions during product discussions and stakeholder reviews
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer within product‑focused teams
Proven experience designing complex web and mobile interfaces
Strong proficiency with Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, variables, and prototyping
Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end product design process, from research to implementation and post‑launch analysis
Ability to independently define problems, identify constraints, and deliver practical design solutions
Experience designing user flows, forms, navigation systems, edge cases, and responsive interfaces
Strong attention to detail and commitment to interface consistency and usability standards
Familiarity with product metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, and churn
Experience conducting or supporting UX research and using analytics or user feedback to inform decisions
Understanding of frontend limitations and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS principles
Intermediate English level or higher
Bonus: experience in B2C, entertainment, iGaming, fintech, or data‑driven digital products
Bonus: familiarity with tools such as FullStory, Hotjar, GA, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
This role offers a flexible and growth‑oriented environment with strong support for professional development and employee well‑being.
Benefits
Fully remote work setup with flexibility to work from comfortable and secure locations
Official employment support and assistance with administrative processes where applicable
20 paid vacation days plus public holidays and sick leave
Private medical insurance and mental health support programs
Monthly flexible benefits budget for hobbies, sports, and personal interests
Access to training budgets, workshops, courses, corporate English lessons, and online learning resources
Career development plans, mentorship opportunities, and regular performance reviews
Collaborative culture with team‑building activities, events, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives
Modern, low‑bureaucracy environment focused on autonomy, innovation, and professional growth
