Accountabilities

Build and maintain high-performance frontend applications using React, Typescript, and modern web technologies

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver intuitive and user-focused features

Translate complex technical workflows into accessible and engaging user experiences for non-technical audiences

Improve frontend architecture, performance, stability, and scalability across the platform

Contribute to rapid product iteration cycles by responding effectively to customer feedback and evolving business needs

Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and engineering best practices

Support CI/CD processes and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience within modern web ecosystems

5+ years of hands-on experience with React, Typescript, Javascript, RESTful APIs, CSS, and frontend development frameworks

Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, scalability, and maintainable architecture

Proven ability to create polished, high-quality UX/UI experiences with strong attention to detail

Experience working in startups or smaller companies where ownership and impact are significant

Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and hybrid async/sync work environments

Ability to work proactively, independently, and adapt quickly to evolving priorities

Bonus: experience acting as a technical lead and making architectural design decisions

Bonus: familiarity with GitHub CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines
