experience to lead the design, integration, and optimization of mission-critical systems. What You’ll Do: Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance IT infrastructure solutions across hybrid environments Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise data centre systems, including compute, storage, networking, and disaster recoveryOversee capacity planning (power, cooling, rack space) and ensure efficient infrastructure utilization Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors (Cisco, Dell, HP, NetApp, etc.), and service providers to deploy robust infrastructure Establish infrastructure standards and drive automation, virtualization, and modernization initiativesEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies aligned with business goals Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery design, testing, and readiness Provide technical leadership across infrastructure-related projects and transformations What You Bring: Proven experience in IT infrastructure architecture and data centre designDeep understanding of virtualization, IaaS, and hybrid cloud infrastructure Hands-on experience with enterprise hardware and systems from OEMs like Cisco, Dell, HP, NetApp Expertise in capacity planning, rack layout, cabling, and patching Familiarity with security, compliance, and service operations best practicesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a senior architecture or data centre role Work on transformative infrastructure projects that impact global operationsBe part of a collaborative and forward-thinking IT team Access continuous professional development opportunities Enjoy a flexible and inclusive work environment Seniority level
