Senior Email (UI) Designer, Strasbourg

OKTOBER is hiring a Senior Email (UI) Designer to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us.

What you'll do:

Own end-to-end email and pop-up design for 4–6 complex client accounts (gifs, animations, advanced UI)

Lead design innovation and contribute to agency-wide design systems and standards

Provide informal art direction to junior designers and represent design in pod planning and client pitches

What we're looking for (non negotiable):

4+ years of email design experience— portfolio required and must demonstrate range and creative direction

Expert-level Figma skills and experience with generative AI (e.g. Gemini)

You think strategically, mentor those around you, and operate like an owner
