Job Description We recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. Qualified applicants will have experience working on Heavy Civil, Roadway or Bridge Projects. Applicant must be familiar with working from heights and/or Manlifts. Must be able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal.

Responsibilities

Work with the General Superintendent to ensure the schedule is met.

Manage all aspects of earthwork, including mass grade and finish grade.

Supervise and be responsible for job site field operations, including daily production, cost, safety, organization, labor, and equipment scheduling and management, subcontractor management.

Review estimates and understand costs and production, and schedules before starting.

Oversee all aspects of daily work for various construction trade crews.

Ensure construction per plan requirements.

Maintain accurate reporting records, including job quantities, time sheets, and daily management reports.

Understand and comply with all Company Safety policies and procedures as well as OSHA Regulations.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks&deliveries.

Job Type and Hours Full-time position. Requires occasional long hours and weekend work (average±50 hours per week).

Travel No travel required.

Required Education and Experience

3-5 years of construction foreman experience.

Must adhere to OSHA safety protocol and work in a drug‑free environment.

Construction industry experience.

Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license before employment.

Physical Demands The position involves lifting heavy objects, walking, standing for long periods, performing manual labor under adverse field conditions, using abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue, requiring good manual dexterity and excellent stamina.
