Join our team and start your journey today!We are recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer to support cold chain and refrigeration customers across France. This role is focused on refrigeration applications and requires strong technical understanding of cooling systems used within commercial and industrial cold chain environments.The successful candidate will provide expert technical guidance to customers while supporting product application, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical development activities.Key responsibilities of the roleServe as the primary technical interface between OEM R&D teams and internal engineering teams during new product development projectsProvide technical support during specification, design, and refrigeration system selection activitiesSupport customers with cold chain and refrigeration application expertiseDeliver technical product demonstrations and support technical discussions during the sales processProvide remote and onsite technical support throughout the product lifecycleAssist with implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systemsDevelop and maintain technical documentation supporting field applicationsSupport strategic and high-profile customer accounts through regular engagement and site visitsMonitor industry trends, refrigeration regulations, and emerging technologiesCollaborate with internal Technical Sales Engineers to exchange technical knowledge and field experienceFor senior-level profiles, support account planning and identify commercial growth opportunitiesRequired skills and qualificationsExperience within refrigeration, cold chain, or commercial cooling applicationsStrong understanding of refrigeration system applications and customer integration requirementsExperience supporting OEMs, contractors, or end users within the refrigeration marketStrong technical problem-solving and customer-facing communication skillsAbility to provide both remote and onsite customer supportFluent French language skills are essentialPreferred skills and qualificationsKnowledge of CO₂ refrigeration systems is highly desirablePrevious experience as an Application Engineer or Technical Sales EngineerExperience supporting key or strategic customer accountsStrong autonomy and ability to work independently in a field-based roleExisting knowledge of the French cold chain or refrigeration marketIf this sounds like you, please apply.
