Airbus Commercial Aircraft– Ground Test Integrator (A350 FAL&Customer Line)

Location: Toulouse, France. Employment type: Permanent. The Ground Test Integrator is responsible for designing and implementing complex test systems that ensure every A350 is flight‑ready before delivery. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering to define embedded system test functionalities and requirements. Define and integrate ground test architecture into the industrial installation process. Specify hardware and software test means for automated testing. Assess aircraft design modifications for industrial impact.Lead ground tests for development and certification, managing risk analysis and problem resolution. Participate in major industrial projects and TCQ (Time, Cost, Quality) initiatives to optimize the FAL. Qualifications

Education: Master’s (Bac+5) in general or aeronautical engineering. Experience: Minimum 10 years in A350 systems tests&design, with proven experience in high‑stakes industrial environment. Languages: Negotiation‑level fluency in English and French. Leadership and shopfloor presence. Project management, teamwork, and the ability to navigate complex timelines. Previous experience leading a team or coordinating large‑scale missions is a plus.Benefits (selected)
