Description
Airbushas has always been a worldwide leader in spacecraft design and manufacturing. Developing satellites for large constellations demands revolutionary approaches. Airbus Constellations Satellites projects innovate across design, production, and assembly to dramatically optimise costs for high‑performance space applications. We are pioneering new value propositions in space through the design of low‑cost, ultra‑high‑performing satellites at high volumes. With more than 600 OneWeb satellites launched, we are the first and one of the only satellite manufacturers in the world to complete a telecommunications satellite constellation.

Improve the ACS product offering in terms of manufacturing and assembly operations.
Specify and manage the validation procedure of the integrated FAL station, including automation components, smart tools integration, Lynx, and automation sequences.
Define mechanical routing for both nominal AIT flow and out‑of‑standing AIT flow (repair, late delivery, special sequence requested by WR) related to the required software.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Support SCADA development linked to manufacturing routing for satellite assembly and testing.
Analyse and implement corrective actions on all non‑conformities (NC) on mechanical/assembly topics linked to FAL station automation or SCADA.
Train FAL operators on assembly processes and station usage.
