Position Overview Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Container IT Operations Manager (f/m) to join our DICB Containers&Private Cloud team in Toulouse, France.

Responsibilities
Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms, directing strategic roadmaps, version upgrades, and obsolescence tracking.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for external editors, resolving complex software bugs and coordinating patching cycles.
Drive infrastructure GitOps orchestration using ArgoCD for cluster administration, and enforce global governance and security hardening via ACM/ACS.
Lead ITIL‑based operational processes (incident, problem, change) and head Root Cause Analysis to maintain 24/7 stability.
Coordinate international administrator teams and collaborate with platform architects to ensure infrastructure availability aligns with negotiated SLAs.
Qualifications
Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience building, deploying, and operating cloud container solutions (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Rancher).
Strong background in Linux system administration (RHEL, Ubuntu) and GitOps/Automation workflows (ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform).
Advanced proficiency in both English and French.
