To further strengthen our communication systems, we are pleased to announce the formation of the

Mailbox Audit&Compliance Team (MACT) .

This is a volunteer leadership and accountability role designed to ensure that all shared inbox communications— especially applicant and stakeholder emails — are handled with consistency, professionalism, and care.

Role Overview Members Of MACT Will

Monitor shared inboxes to ensure timely responses

Track unanswered or overdue emails

Review response timelines and workflow compliance

Identify communication gaps and recommend improvements

Provide brief audit summaries to leadership
