The roleThis is the creative and social engine of a 12-country B2B business. We're looking for a rare hybrid— someone who can set strategy, read the data, and still produce excellent creative work themselves. You'll own the look, feel, and voice of RCL across every market, lead the design function, and run our social presence across our channels. You'll direct our number-two designer, Manika, on execution-heavy tasks so you can focus your time where it has the most leverage: strategy, planning, and your own highest-impact creative work.
What you'll own Strategy&planning
Set the social and content strategy across the RCL global brand, 12 country accounts, and 4 B2C platforms
Read performance data market-by-market, draw conclusions, and adjust direction monthly
Plan content calendars a quarter ahead— not week to week
Spot global trends in food, HORECA, and hospitality and translate them into content we can actually ship
Brief and direct Manika on the execution work that doesn't need your hands on it
Design leadership
Lead the design function for the group— set the visual standard, build the templates and systems the rest of the team uses
Personally lead high-stakes design work: brand launch graphics, key event collateral, hero social assets
Maintain visual consistency across markets while flexing for local context
Social media execution
Hands‑on production of social content where it matters: hero campaigns, key launches, top‑of‑funnel content
Refine captions and creative across the Make.com + Google Sheets + Canva pipeline we already run
Own the relationship between content and performance— what works, what doesn’t, what we do next
Email marketing
Plan and execute monthly email campaigns for each subsidiary across Mailchimp (B2B) and Omnisend / Brevo (B2C)
Field content
Travel to subsidiary events across the network to capture photo and video on the ground
Edit raw footage into social‑ready reels and short‑form video
