Senior OPV Development Engineer SENIOR O.P.V. DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Founded in 2012, Dracula Technologies designs, develops and manufactures LAYER®, a printed technology that harvests energy from ambient light. To support our fast‑paced growth, we are looking for a Senior OPV Development Engineer to drive the advancement of our cutting‑edge technology.

MISSIONS
Contribute to product development (optimization and stability)
Facilitate technology transfer between the R&D department and production
Ensure bibliographic monitoring on the relevant topic
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Technology transfer from R&D to production
Development of new process building blocks (materials, interfaces, Intellectual Property, etc.)
Continuous improvement
Ensure documentation follow‑up of tests
Stay up to date with standards, materials, and technological advances
Conduct bibliographic monitoring in the OPV field
Product Improvement
Adapt product specifications based on tests and user needs
Create different product versions or specific versions in response to customer requests
Improve product characteristics through technology and market monitoring
Support production ramp‑up and product launch
Provide technical specifications to production engineers
Collaborate with the sales team regarding customer innovation needs
POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION
Reports to the CTO
Works cross‑functionally with Production, R&D, and support functions
Management– Senior and Confirmed Level Expectations
Contribute to operational management under the CTO’s directives
Job Description and Desired Profile EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
PhD in the field of Organic Photovoltaics (OPV) with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Engineering degree specializing in physics and chemistry of materials
Preferably with knowledge in chemistry, physical measurements, or microelectronics
Ideally with specific knowledge in printed electronics

Specific knowledge in organic photovoltaics (OPV)
Control, testing, and diagnostics management
Monitoring, analysis, and documentation management
Ability to learn and use specific software
Technical English
Team supervision
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Stress and constraint management
LEVEL OF AUTONOMY
Works under the responsibility of the CTO
Direct collaboration with R&D teams
Proposes solutions and action plans aligned with budget constraints
