Regional Finance Lead, Saint-Amand-les-Eaux

We are partnered with a global, PE backed, engineering consultancy to identify an exceptional Regional Finance Lead for Western Europe. The position will report into the Group CFO and will manage a small team of Country Finance Managers. Responsibilities

Oversee the financial reporting for Western European entities; Lead on business controlling for Western Europe, including management reporting an FP&A; Ensure tax compliance, strong audit processes and internal controls; Lead on automation and process improvement projects; Contribute strategically as part of the regional leadership group. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a regional managerial position, gained in a fast paced international environment. Strong experience of delivering finance transformation projects would be beneficial.
