Job Summary

HSE Advisor– responsible for implementing HSE policy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture on the STEGRA project located in Boden, Sweden. This role works closely with the Finance Department of the Marine&Overseas Division and Project Managers to monitor and control project costs. Key Responsibilities

Implement HSE policy on site and ensure regulatory compliance. Carry out HSE inspections and audits, and follow up on corrective actions. Train and raise awareness among staff on safety and environmental requirements. Participate in risk assessment and implement prevention plans. Draft and update HSE documentation (procedures, plans, reports).Ensure HSE coordination with subcontractors and the client. Help establish a proactive safety culture on site. Qualifications

Experience in HSE for industrial or construction projects. Knowledge of HSE regulations and international best practices. Fluent in English. Rigorous, pedagogical and team-oriented. Experience in an international environment is appreciated. Benefits
